A complete concept for a mobile cabinet of curiosities has been developed for the “Me Collectorsroom Foundation Olbricht.” The main focus is on reaching schools that, due to their location and distance from larger towns, have limited or no opportunities to offer their students museum visits. With the cabinet of curiosities, the museum now comes to them.
The concept developed for this purpose includes the conversion and modification of a transporter that can be driven with a Class A driver's license, as well as the safe transport of the often valuable and sometimes antique objects. Furthermore, a potential teaching and training concept for on-site application was developed.
A 3D animation was created with Cinema 4D for the presentation. This shows how the Mobile Cabinet of Curiosities works and the transformation principle of transport.
